Special loyalty incentives are vehicle service-based consumables to encourage members to regularly visit our service centers. Membership is deactivated for members who are inactive for 2 years.

Membership Terms & Conditions

1. General terms and conditions

a. LNP Autocare Membership Programme (“Programme”), owned by LNP Autocare Sdn Bhd (“LNP Autocare”), is free and open to all individual who fulfill the following criteria:
i. Malaysian citizen and/ or non citizen residing in Malaysia
ii. Aged 18 years old and above
b. The membership account is personal and not transferable to another individual. The membership and benefits cannot be used by anyone other than the individual members.
c. Eligible applicants can join the   membership by registering online at (INSERT LINK). Membership will be confirmed via text message and/or email.
d. Each member may register up to 4 vehicles that he/she owns, provided that these vehicles are not already registered to another member’s account.
e. LNP Autocare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject a membership application and/or exclude a member from the membership programme and to remove any related membership benefits. This may occur, for example, in the case of incorrect member details provided, the abuse of membership benefits in relation to current terms and conditions, or in the case of criminal, unethical or immoral acts, or in the case of disrespectful or unwanted behaviour towards LNP Autocare policies, properties, employees or partners. The list is not exhaustive.
f. Members are required to update the latest information of their details. LNP Autocare shall not be liable for any claims, demands, liabilities or actions arising out of or in connection with the Programme where such claims, demands, liabilities or actions would not have arisen but for the member’s failure to notify LNP Autocare of such changes.
g. LNP Autocare retains the right, without prior notification to individual members, to change the terms and conditions of its membership programme. Any such changes will be published on the website and will enter into effect 14 days after these changes were published, unless otherwise stipulated. Members are responsible for keeping informed about any changes to the membership terms and conditions.
h. Should the Programme have to be discontinued LNP Autocare will not be held responsible for any losses to the individual member that may ensue from this termination.

2 . Memberships Status

a. If there are no transactions made by a membership account during the period of thirty-six (36) months, the membership status of the account will be relegated as inactive. A member with an inactive membership account will still receive communications from LNP Autocare but will be unable to enjoy any membership benefit. An account reactivation can be done by doing any transaction online or at a service center.
b. Members can cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation must be made in writing
and sent to:
i. Email: enquiry@lnpautocare.com
ii. Postal address: LNP Autocare Sdn Bhd, No. 1-G, Jalan 9/9C, Seksyen 9, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor.
c. Cancellation will take immediate effect from the date on which LNP Autocare receives notice of cancellation.
d. Cancellation of membership, on any grounds, equals to the termination of membership account and the related individuals can no longer enjoy any membership benefits.
e. A terminated membership account cannot be re-activated.

3. Member communication, consent and processing of personal data

a. By signing up for the membership, members must ensure that all the information or personal data provided for this purpose is true, accurate and complete. The information here refers to all the required information in the online registration form.
b. Members also acknowledge and agree that by becoming a member, LNP Autocare may process their personal data for purpose of sharing, transferring, retrieving, updating on its services, surveys, contest, promotions and other business activities  that may occur between LNP Autocare and each of their respective related corporations subsidiaries, agents, representatives or business partners within and beyond Malaysia, and that members have read, understood and consented to the processing of their personal information for the purposes of the same and accept all the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and in connection with their Membership.
c. Members must use all reasonable efforts to keep their username and password  confidential. They are solely responsible for each and every access or use of the Membership Portal that occurs in conjunction with use of their username and password and they must not allow any third party to access the Membership Portal using their username and password and make use of the portal on their behalf.
d. Members must notify the Company in writing as soon as they become aware of any unauthorized use of their Member Account, username or password.
e. LNP Autocare is not responsible for any harm that members or any person may suffer as a result of a breach of their confidentiality in respect of their use of LNP Autocare website.

4. Membership benefits

a. The current membership benefits are as per listed on the LNP Autocare website and
Membership Portal.
b. LNP Autocare has the right to make changesto the membership benefitsif needed from time to time. Changes to the Membership Benefits will be published on the website and Membership Portal, and will take effect immediately upon publication.
c. The following Terms and Conditions applies to Gifts in the form of Vouchers:
i. Certain Vouchers are valid for use only at participating outlets which are the Company and/or Partners as mentioned in the vouchers and only for the
specific matters mentioned therein.
ii. The validity of the Vouchers is subject to the date specified in the vouchers and if the Vouchers remain unused after the specified date ended, the Vouchers will lapse and will not be replaced.
iii. Member may be requested to present their Identification Card/Passport and original Voucher upon redemption at the Company’s service centers and selected participating outlets or Suppliers.
iv. Only original Vouchers will be accepted unless it is specified otherwise. The  Company will not accept damaged, defaced or photocopied Vouchers.
v. In the event that the Voucher is in the form of cash vouchers, the member will have to bear the difference between the purchase price of goods or services and the Voucher face value. If the purchase amount is less than the Vouchers value, the  difference will not be paid out to recipient.
vi. The Vouchers are non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
vii. The Company and/or Partners also reserves the right to decline the Vouchers if found to be forged, tampered or expired. viii. The Company and/or Partners will not replace lost, stolen, damaged and expire Vouchers.
d. The following Terms and Conditions applies to Membership and Promotion Discounts:
i. Members may enjoy membership discounts when purchasing online and when purchasing physically at service centers, as stipulated in the published list of Membership Benefits.
ii. Discounts received when purchasing online is final for the specific purchase order made, and cannot be reversed or compounded with any other discounts, promotion or offer at service centers, unless otherwise stated.
iii. The discount rate of certain items listed in the Membership Benefits are not fixed and may vary following each item’s specification and the current market
value of the selected items.
iv. LNP Autocare reserves the right to decline offering discounts when a member’s membership status has become inactive or has been terminated.
v. In the event LNP Autocare has accepted a product return, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase, i.e.: With applied discount. Not at the retail price of the item.
vi. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the discount offer is still valid at the time of making a return members should place a new order applying the said discount.
